A multidisciplary role for Human Resources Business Partner & Recruiter has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe, Spain. The successful applicant will join THAM team in Getafe, Spain and will have to combine the tasks involving these two Roles within the frame of ADS Cluster, Business and Community of Practice (Employment).

AS an HRBP, your main mission will be to prepare and support the execution of business plans by translating the needs of the business into appropriate HR solutions, contributing actively to the optimization of the Business performance; and as an Recruiter (RBP) your main mission will be to lead the selection process from understanding the customer needs up to the selection of the most suitable candidate.

As an HRBP, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.

• Advising the business on all people related matters.

• Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.

• Cascade and apply HR policies, E&C standards & national labour regulations towards the management.

• Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives.

• Foster employment activities such as hiring, internal and external mobility and collaborate with employment marketing events

• Advising managers and employees on career development, supporting the deployment and integration of people development, talent management processes, supporting team and focus reviews

• Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.

• Support and actively collaborate on HR improvement initiatives for the Division and the Group

• Participate in local negotiations with unions with regards to HR topics through the local commissions

As an RBP, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Analyze, understand and challenge the Managers' needs, discussing requirements such as skills and qualifications required for a position and translate it into appealing job advertisements.

• Advertise vacancies on appropriate job boards, career websites and other approved media and participate in Employment Marketing events.

• Apply appropriate selection methods using knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection in cooperation with the Community of practice of employment.

• Conduct internet research using internet search engines, sourcing for difficult positions externally via social networks (LinkedIn etc) to locate passive candidates, proactively initiating referrals from employees, alumni, universities, personal networks and people databases.

• Conduct preselection and final selection personal interviews based on Professional assessment and online psychometric tests analysis.

• Debrief and align with Managers for final selection.

• Develop and maintain relationships with the functional customers in the divisions.

• Collaborate with other projects within the cluster such as employee's development programmes, reporting & data analysis, mobility activities, ...

Required skills:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Educated to University Degree level in Human Resources field or a related discipline.
• Knowledge and experience in recruitment or in other Human Resources disciplines.
• Ability to quickly grasp job skills, competencies and industry knowledge to translate into searching technics to find candidates.
• Take-charge & hands-on mentality, committed, solution oriented, flexible and open-minded. Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in Project Management.
• Excellent customer service and client interaction skills.
• English and Spanish must be advanced level. Any other language skills will be a plus.
