Your challenge

We are looking for a people-centric Talent Acq Partner to manage our full-cycle recruiting journey and take candidate experience to the next level. Our maxim is "we don't expect you to do the right thing, we expect you to do the brave thing".

We are a 10 people team, organized by roles but working in a very collaborative environment. You will be part of the Talent team, together with Teresa Polo, Miguel Cano, Maria Borrella, Lisa Massa, Neus Martínez and Xavi Trapero, helping us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.

What do we have

We have a focus on candidates and employee experience, that is why we are always looking for the best tools and defining best practices. In recruiting, we use Workable as our ATS, we have defined a candidate journey with a focus on transparency and continuous feedback, we have partnership agreements with the most innovation initiatives (from recruitment to brand strategy), but we still have a lot to do, a lot to improve, let's do it together!

What will you do

As a Talent Acq Partner, you will lead and contribute throughout all full recruiting journeys by hiring at scale top talent while taking candidate experience and internal partnership to the next level, having SHAKE Values & Holaluz culture as a reference of your practice.

Day to day life

Manage all full recruitment processes for your partner areas:
  • Define best hiring strategy for each open position, (from advertising job openings on career pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) to source the greatest people through online or other channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites), assuring best brand initiatives.
  • Participate in events and employer branding projects.
  • Implement and follow-up attraction programs (i.e referral program) and help to Identify improvement areas or procedures and propose actions or solutions.
  • Headcount planning and follow up (according to our annual hiring plan forecasting) together with the hiring managers and Talent Lead.
  • Design job descriptions according to Holaluz standards (i.e Holaluz job descriptions), reflecting each position's requirements and best brand and attraction strategy.
  • Collaborate and define with hiring managers retro-calendars according to Holaluz hiring process and workflow (from writing job ads for current openings to defining offers).
  • Screen and interview candidates during all hiring stages, including phone, first-round, and second-round interviews; and answer candidates' queries regarding the application process.
  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview, values fit and assignment performance and make the proper decisions, or help in the decision-making process, regarding the job vacancies.
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate, taking into account our values and the teams' criteria, ensuring objectives calibrations sessions and excellent hiring experience to both candidates and teams.
  • Built trust and credibility as a Hiring Partner with internal stakeholders and with our external stakeholders (hiring agencies and partners)

Contribute to keeping and improving, internal partnership, Holaluz's eNPS employee and candidate experience
  • Communicate and promote candidate experience according to our standards (feedback, timings, information, communication...), identify gaps or improvements areas, and propose new actions and solutions.
  • Participate and lead new hires onboarding programs, proposing new actions, solutions or procedures in order to improve newbie experience and fit efficiency, including OB 30-60-90 and Check-ins.
  • Build trust and partnership with your focus teams: Working closely with hiring managers and newbies to improve work relationships, human experience, build morale and credibility.

Collaborate in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring processes
  • Help to fill and maintain ATS and internal KPIs, to follow up, proactively react and help to reach our hiring and candidate experience objectives.
  • Follow Holaluz hiring workflow and propose improvements as necessary.
  • Identify the best external recruitment partners, evaluating their performance and results as part of the operational excellence.

Participate in Hiring projects & processes
  • Participate or lead in hiring projects based on innovation, efficiency and effectiveness candidate and employee experience and brand attraction.

In 30 days

You'll feel comfortable talking about Holaluz and our day-to-day hiring and people operations. You'll be familiar with current processes, needs, and particular roles. We expect you to also set your development plan so your career path is unstoppable. You'll be part of the People team ritual meetings and internal processes. You will start to understand technology/product roles and profiles.

In 60 days

You'll have become a partner for Hiring Managers. Fully familiar with our environment, you will be contributing to the strategy of our area. You'll have attended a couple of hiring/employer branding-related events and even be able to throw some ideas and food for thought on this area to the teams that are receptive to this kind of action. You'll be following up on hiring metrics and suggest some tweaks and improvements in order to increase our results (qualitative or quantitative). You will start to build a close relationship with your business partners, understanding business, earn credibility...

In 90 days

You'll have successfully filled at least your first position (probably more!). You'll be the point of contact for your internal and external partners, and provide insights so we can continue strengthening our collaboration even further. Likewise, you'll be proactively reaching new strategies so that we can continue growing our talent pipeline and experience. You'll be planning and coordinating, together with a team or speaker, an event with the aim of pushing more visibility of Holaluz in the market, boosting our hiring pipeline and becoming a reference in the HR sector. You will be able to implement our People policies and procedures in order to guarantee consistency with the rest of the organization, as for example referral programs, internal movements, promotions, salary reviews... You will also participate or lead specific projects as for example talent calibration sessions, values and behaviours interviews, branding projects...

  • Proven work experience (2 to 5 years) as Consultant receruter or internal Recruiter.
  • Experience in fast growth environments.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience using various interview formats.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office, high communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • #HaveFun attittude.
  • English (you don't need to be a Shakespeare, but First/Advanced level will be required).
  • Innovation aproach.
  • Team player as a MUST.
