About the Role

The role of the Talent Acquisition assistant is to find and attract top talent within the digital marketing industry. This role will work alongside the wider Recruitment Team and support with the recruiting activity, specifically in the EMEA Markets

Responsibilities
  • Obtain a strong and in-depth understanding of the requirements of the individual teams at Jellyfish in order to fully pre-screen and qualify suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both passive and active technical candidates within the digital marketing sector across all of our specialist full service capabilities such as: Paid Media, Analytics, Engineering, Client Management etc.
  • Actively recruit for current vacancies as well as establish strong talent pools and facilitate a sufficient pipeline for Jellyfish's ambitious growth plans.
  • Work on roles across EMEA (France, Spain, Italy, England, Netherlands and additional markets as needed) in all sectors of the business, sending CVs and arranging interviews, whilst also ensuring timely feedback is provided to all candidates
  • Keep up to date with current innovative recruitment techniques in order for Jellyfish to stay competitive in the marketplace. Attend networking and industry events
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, as well as working closely with HR, whilst also providing ongoing support to the wider Recruitment team.


Requirements

What you'll need
  • Experience of working in a digital marketing recruitment role, either within a recruitment agency or an internal recruiter role it will be considered a big plus
  • Experience with using resourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Job boards
  • Experience with using applicant tracking systems
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
